22. HUNTSMAN CORPORATION STOCKHOLDERS鈥� EQUITY 听 Share Repurchase Program 听 On October 26, 2021, our Board of Directors approved听a new share repurchase program of $1 billion. In conjunction with the inception of this plan, we retired our prior share repurchase program. On March 25, 2022, our Board of Directors increased the authorization of our existing share repurchase program from $1 billion to $2 billion. The share repurchase program is supported by our free cash flow generation. Repurchases may be made in the open market, including through accelerated share repurchase programs, or in privately negotiated transactions, and repurchases may be commenced or suspended from time to time without prior notice. Shares of common stock acquired through the repurchase program are held in treasury at cost. During the year ended December 31, 2023, we repurchased 13,093,375听shares of our common stock for approximately $350听million, including commissions, under this share repurchase program.听 听 Dividends on Common Stock 听 The following tables represent dividends on common stock for our Company for the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2022 (dollars in millions, except per share payment amounts): 听
