THE WOODLANDS, Texas, July 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ --听乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement with Sasol to acquire the 50% interest that 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 does not own in the Sasol-乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 maleic anhydride joint venture.听 The joint venture owns a manufacturing facility in Moers, Germany with capacity to produce 230 million pounds of maleic anhydride.听 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 will pay Sasol $92.5 million, adjusted for debt and other agreed upon terms, funded from available liquidity.听 No other terms of the transaction were disclosed.听 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 and Sasol currently anticipate the closing of the transaction to occur in the fourth quarter of 2019, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.听听听听 听听听
