There is no established trading market for 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 International LLC’s units of membership interests. All of 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 International LLC’s units of membership interests are held by 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation.
This Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q presents information for two registrants: 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation and 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 International LLC. 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 International LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation and is the principal operating company of 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation. The information reflected in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q is equally applicable to both 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation and 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 International LLC, except where otherwise indicated. 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 International LLC meets the conditions set forth in General Instructions H(1)(a) and (b) of Form 10-Q and, to the extent applicable, is therefore filing this form with a reduced disclosure format.
Explanatory Note
