EVERBERG, Belgium 鈥� 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 will launch three new products at the European Coatings Show (ECS), highlighting its team鈥檚 ingenuity and the confidence formulators can gain from creating coatings with its chemistries. 

The new products set for launch at ECS 2023 include POLYRESYST庐 IC6005 polyurethane system 鈥� a novel intumescent coating developed for the construction industry that can provide passive fire performance alongside strong protective properties. 

Suitable for use on a variety of substrates, POLYRESYST庐 IC6005 polyurethane system can offer improved chemical resistance, water resistance and durability. Spray applied, at any desired thickness, the coating cures quickly and has a very fast drying time. It also contains no added solvents and has low VOC levels, for lower impact on air quality, human health, and the environment. 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 will also introduce a new bio-based coating system.

In addition, 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 will launch a new mono-polyether amine, JEFFAMINE庐 M-3085 amine, which has a higher molecular weight than the commonly used JEFFAMINE庐 M-2070 amine and JEFFAMINE庐 M-1000 amine. The new amine can be used as a raw material for the synthesis of pigment dispersants or as a building block in reactive surfactants used in the emulsification or dispersion processes of epoxy resins in water. 

Visitors to 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站鈥檚 booth at ECS can see its new POLYRESYST庐 IC6005 system on an I- beam, a cross laminated timber panel and a series of tiles. 

Visitors will also be able to discover more about 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站鈥檚 extensive range of polyetheramines including formulation essentials such as the mono-functional JEFFAMINE庐 M 2070 polyetheramine, which can be used as a reactive dispersant. 

In addition, ECS attendees will be able to hear first-hand from 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站鈥檚 coatings experts:

  • On Tuesday 28 March, Steven Buvens, Application Specialist, will deliver a speaker paper on 鈥�The use of mono-functional polyetheramines in waterborne epoxy resins鈥� (13:30 to 14:00 in Session 22 in the St Petersburg Room).
  • On Wednesday 29 March, Stefan Priemen, Technical Manager will deliver a product presentation on 鈥淣ovel Fast Curing Intumescent Polyurethane Coating System鈥� (10:30 to 10:50 in Hall 5 / Booth 243).
