Everberg, Belgium - The Polyurethanes division of 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation (HUN:NYSE) announced today that it will increase the price of all of its thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) range in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent, effective March 1 2010, or as soon as contracts allow.
Prices will increase, as follows:

鈥淭hese price increases are necessary because of the ongoing rise in raw material and feedstock costs, such as benzene, adipic acid, BDO and intermediate polyesters鈥� said Nick Webster, Vice President, Europe.聽 鈥淧rice increases for additives such as flame retardants and waxes have also influenced the increase鈥�, he added.
