The chemical production plant was recognized for its commitment to superior safety, environmental performance and community involvement.听
Located in Ascension Parish, Rubicon was designated 鈥淏est in Louisiana鈥� among its LCA peers (Class Four facilities 鈥� with more than 400 employees) that competed in this year's Serious About Fostering Excellence (SAFE) program. LCA has 58 member companies operating more than 80 manufacturing sites across the state. Based on safety and environmental compliance information submitted to state and federal regulatory agencies, the SAFE awards also took into account facilities鈥� abilities to demonstrate significant involvement in their surrounding communities.

It has been certified as an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) VPP Star worksite since 2003, and earned the Star of Excellence in 2010 for an outstanding employee safety record. Bizarre wending
Rond 13.15 uur komen er berichten uit het peloton dat er een volghelicopter is neergestort op de Maasvlakte en dat daarbij inzittenden zijn overleden. Het peloton koerst op een ingetogen manier terug naar De Kuip in Rotterdam.
