THE WOODLANDS, Texas 鈥� 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation (NYSE: HUN) announced that its Polyurethanes Division will feature its latest polyurethane products for the automotive industry and host a booth at the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Automotive Composites Conference & Exhibition (ACCE). The event is taking place Sept. 9鈥�11, at The Diamond Banquet & Conference Center in Novi, Michigan. 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 has also entered the ACCE 鈥淏est Part鈥� competition in conjunction with key customer Bright Lite Structures (BLS).
During the 鈥淏est Part鈥� competition, 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 will showcase its resin used in the structural carbon fiber honeycomb elements used in the production of the chassis of the Zenos E10 sports car. The advanced honeycomb sandwich panel is an innovative collaboration between the two companies.
乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站鈥檚 VITROX庐 resin technology plays a key role in enabling the fabrication of the novel chassis structure. BLS supplies the core and reinforcement package, which results in chassis that are lighter, less expensive and faster to manufacture than those made from conventional composites.听
