Everberg, BELGIUM - German safety shoe company, Steitz Secura, is using a polyurethane (PU) technology from 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 to pilot a range of specialist safety shoes that can be custom-made to fit an individual鈥檚 feet, using FitStation powered by HP. 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站鈥檚 certified PU midsole technology for multi-section injection (MSI) offers state-of-the-art properties in terms of comfort and durability. The resulting customized shoes are made using a combination of FitStation鈥檚 3D foot scanning, using RSscan pressure plate technology, and a DESMA MSI molding machine.
Steitz Secura will demonstrate production of its PU-based customized shoes at A+A 2017 - the four-day trade show and congress dedicated to workplace safety, security and health. A+A visitors will be able to see the 12-station, direct-on DESMA machine in action in tent FG 3.9.1, outside the main exhibition hall.
