Basel, 13 October 2015 - Nama Chemicals Corporation (NAMA: Saudi Arabia) and 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站 Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced a strategic agreement to sell Solid Epoxy Resins for powder, can and coil coating markets in Europe under 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站鈥檚 ARALDITE庐 brand.
With immediate effect, the strategic agreement will combine the joint strengths and experience of the two companies to ensure a sustainable and competitive offering for聽 coatings customers across the European region.
Merging JANA鈥檚 manufacturing excellence with 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站鈥檚 product and market expertise, as expressed through the well-known ARALDITE庐 brand, the alliance will be based on existing 乐天堂fun88(中国区)官方网站-licensed epoxy technology, which JANA has been using in its manufacturing processes since the early 1990鈥檚.
